I like it, I'm waiting for next update
You can install the newest version without losing your savegames. As long you don't uninstall the old version and the old version is higher then v0.14.0.

Nah it is almost impossible to unlock all the photos without the help of gallary specially in lovers/happy path it is too confusing. So Is there any guide for 0. 19+

Try talking to Sam or open Liz chat once again it might work
It seems like its a bug theres no chat to continue and it kicks me out of lizes chat.
Try reloading quick save and open other character chat too it might help

Don't know about E11 and 12 but others I think you need to be in happy/lover path and should reject Sam to go in club or something like that.

It depends. On mobile if you delete the game you also lose your saves. Resetting in the ingame settings app will not delete your saves.
